Ama dunya enteresan bi yer kim bilir gun gelir belki buralari da ozleriz.. Hatta tecrubeyle sabit kesin ozleriz.. Kibris ta yasadigim zamanlarda gitsek de kurtulsak modunda gezinirken; simdi ah kibris ozledik diyip surekli gitmek istiyoruz. Insan hep boyle galiba eskiye ozlem icinde.. Allah bizi gecmisin ozlemiyle &amp;nbsp;gunumuzu heba etmekten korusun ne diyelim. Hayat herseye ragmen cok guzel.. Bize verilenlere, hatta hasta olmadan kiymetini anlayamadigimiz, rahatca alabildigimiz bir nefese binlerce sukurler olsun. Unutmadan cumaniz da mubarek olsun:) Neyse lafi fazla uzatmadan gecelim tarifimize: gecenlerde uzaklardan gelen misafirlerimizi davet ettigimiz aksam yemegi icin hazirladigim ana yemegimiz olan hasan pasa koftesi nam-i diger canak ya da saksi kofteyle karsinizdayim. Yogurdugumuz kofteden yumurta buyuklugunde parcalarak kopararak saksi sekli verelim. Iste bu noktada benden size pratik bir hazirlama onerisi. Ben tek tek saksi yapmak icin ugrasmak yerine kofteleri guzelce yagladigim kapkek tepsime saksi sekli alacak sekilde yanlarini yukseltip ortasini bastirarak kofteleri yerlestiriyorum. Bu sekilde hazirlamak, elde sekil vermekten cok daha kisa zaman aliyor. Kofteleri 200 derece onceden isitilmis firinda pisirelim. Diger taraftan patateslerimizi haslayarak sicakken rendeleyelim ya da robottan gecirelim. Icerisine kasar perniri, tuzu ve sutu ekleyerek karistiralim. Firinda cikarttigimiz kofteleri bir firin tepsisine alarak iclerine hazirladigimiz pureyi paylastiralim. (Ben pureyi krema sikma posetine koyarak sekil veriyorum. Ama siz arzu ederseniz kasikla koyup uzerini duzelterek &amp;nbsp;de hazirlayabilirsiniz.) Salcayi biraz tuz, karabiber ve tatli kirmizi biberle cesnilendirerek 1-1.5 su bardagi kaynar suyla acarak koftelerin uzerine gelmeyecek sekilde tepsimize ilave edelim. Onceden isitilmis 200 derecede uzerleri hafifce kizarana kadar pisirelim. Un ve kabartma tozu da ilave edilerek; iyice karistirilirak yaglanmis kapkek kalibina ya da benim yaptigim gibi kapkek kagitlarina dokulerek 180 derecede(amerika icin 350 F) de pisirilir. Arzu ederseniz bizim yaptigimiz gibi hazir kapkek kremasiyla ya da arzu ettiginiz herhangi bir kremayla susleyerek ya da sade bir sekilde servis yapabilirsiniz. İçerisine ılık suyu, sütü ve mayayı ekliyoruz. Biraz kabarınca 1 çay bardağı yağı, şekeri, yumurtaları ekleyip güzelce normal mayalı hamur kıvamında yoğuruyoruz. Hamurumuzu sarıp mayalanması için bekliyoruz. Mayalanınca hamurumuzdan bir parça alıp&amp;nbsp;merdane ya da oklava yardımıyla 2-3 mm&amp;nbsp; kalınlığında açıyoruz. Açtığımız hamura çok az tuz serpiyoruz. Kıvamı eğer katı ise üzerine sıcak su ekleyelim. 15 tane karanfili 1 bardak su ile kayanatalım, süzelim. İyice pişip kıvamını bulduktan sonra portakal rendesini, şekerini, sütünü&amp;nbsp;ve karanfil suyunu da ekleyerek pişirelim. Pişince kaselere alıp üzerini süsleyelim. Epeyce zaman geçti ama hayatımızda çok büyük değişiklikler olduğundan ancak fırsat bulabiliyorum. Öncelikle en büyük ve önemli değişikliğimiz artık size Houston Texas dan bildiriyorum:)) Buna bağlı küçük değişikliklerden hiç bahsetmiyorum bile:) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;Bilirsiniz ayrılık zamanları zordur. Hele de ayrılan pek istekli değilse.. Ama hayat insanı zaman zaman böyle değişikliklere mecbur bırakıyor. Ne diyelim en kötü değişikliğimiz böyle olsun. Tabi bu kadar uzaklara gidilecek olunca vedalaşma fasıllarımız da oralardaki son günlerimizin tamamına yayıldı. İşte veda toplantılarından en büyüğü olan ofisteki veda partimiz:) Resimlerden de anlayacağınız üzere soframızda içli köfteden, havuç salatasına, dolmadan mercimekli köfteye, salata çeşitlerinden, börek çeşitlerine ve de tatlı çeşitlerine kadar şu an ismini hatırlayamadığım ama afiyetle mideye indirdiğim bir sürü çeşit vardı. Hani bi kuş sütü eksik derler ya öyle bir sofraydı arkadaşlarımın benim vedam için hazırladığı sofra:) 3 yıldır aynı ofisi paylaştığım, eşimden ve oğlumdan bile daha çok zaman geçirdiğim arkadaşlarımı, ofis ortamımızı şimdiden çok özledim ve özleyeceğim.. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;Buradan hepsine tek tek teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum. Ertesi gün kurufasüleyeleri yıkayıp yumuşayana kadar haşlıyoruz. Diğer taraftan güvecimize yağı alıp yemeklik doğradığımız soğanları ve sarımsakları kavuralım. İyice kavrulduktan sonra etlerimizi ve salçamızı da ekleyip bir iki dakika kavuruyoruz. Haşlanmış fasülyeleri de ekleyerek bi müddet daha kavurup üzerine kaynar suyumuzu ekliyoruz. Yemeğimiz bir kaç taşım kaynadıktan sonra güvecimizin ağzını güzel bir şekilde kapatıp 200 derecede suyunu biraz çekene kadar pişirelim. Hem akşam yemeğinde zeytin yağlı olarak hemde ikindi çaylarına salata olarak tavsiye ederim...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Malzemeler&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5 tane orta boy kereviz&lt;br /&gt;2 tane orta boy havuç&lt;br /&gt;2 tane orta boy soğan&lt;br /&gt;1 çay bardağı sızma zeytinyağı (tercihen başka bir sıvı yağda olabilir)&lt;br /&gt;1 tane büyük boy portakalın suyu&lt;br /&gt;1 yemek kaşığı şeker&lt;br /&gt;limon, tuz &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yapılışı&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kerevizleri soyup halka halka ya da yarım halka şeklinde doğruyalım. Limonlu suyun içinde bekletelim. Soğanları piyaz doğrayıp tencerenin dibine serelim. Havuçları soyup halka halka doğrayıp soğanların üstüne yayalım. En üste de kerevizleri koyup. Tuzunu, şekerini, portakal suyunu, zeytinyağını koyalım. Kısık ayarda hiç su eklemeden kendi halinde pişirelim. Piştikten sonra düz bir tabağa çevirelim. (ben bunun yerine 2-3 kez kaynar suyu değiştirerek ocağa koymadan yapıyorum) Başka bir tencereye bir miktar zeytin yağı ya da sıvıyağ alınarak yemeklik doğranmş soğan, dövülmüş sarımsak ve halka halka doğranmış havuç eklenerek kavurulur. Salça eklenerek biraz daha kavurulduktan sonra barbunyalar da eklenir. Üzerine kaynar su, tuz ve şekeri de ilave edilerek pişmeye bırakılır. Pişdikten sonra servis kabına alınarak üzerine ince kıyılmış maydanoz ilavesiyle servis edilir. bir türlü fırsat bulamamıştım. Gün bu gündür halledelim şu pasta işini derken son günde üzerinize afiyet şifayı kapınca pastamız maalesef halsizliğim nedeniyle kafamda tasarladığımın yanından bile geçemedi:( Ama nurticim saolsun çok beğendi ve beni çok mutlu etti:) Pastamız (hazır) sade pandispanya ile muzlu olarak hazırlandı. Enginarlarımızı ters bir şekilde kapatalım. Üzerlerine unumuzu ve şekerimizi serpelim. Bu şekilde kısık ateşte hafif pişirdikten sonra üzerini geçecek kadar kaynar su ilave ederek tuzunu ayarlayalım. Enginarların diğer yüzlerini çevirerek suyu azalıp yumuşayıncaya kadar pişirelim. Garnitürleri de ekleyelim ve suyunu iyice çekince altını kapatalım. Soğuyunca enginarlarımızı servis tabağına alarak içlerine garnitür ve soğanlı karşımı eşit bir şekilde paylaştıralım. Bir klişe olacak ama bu son seneden cidden bişey anlamadık:D Sanki dündü oğluşumun 3. doğum günü. Evet evet oğluşum cidden çok büyüdü hatta okula bile başladı ve hatta bizi beğenmeyip doğum gününü okulda arkadaşlarıyla kutlamak istedi:) E haliyle bize de "ok nasıl emir buyurursunuz sultaanım" demek düştü:) Bu nedenle geçen hafta Eminönü'ne gidildi pasta malzemeleri ve doğum günü misafirlerimize hediyeler alındı hazırlandı. Fakat bu sene son bir kaç haftadır yoğunluktan kaynaklanan yorgunluk halinden mi yoksa bu aralarki depresif halimden mi bilinmez pastayı hazırladım ama kaplamayı ve figürleri son güne bıraktım:) O günde üzerinize afiyet tansiyonum düşünce işler epey zora girdi:) Eğer sevgili ahretliğim Nurten yolculuktan dönüp ayağının tozuyla yardımıma koşmasaydı bizim doğum günü işimiz de hayal olacaktı:) Doğum günümüze bir süre kala Ali Kaan'a "Oğlum bu seneki pastanın üzerinde ne olsun" dediğimde Şimşek Mc Queen ve Caillou arasında kaldı:) Sonrasında da anneee ikisi de olsun diyip yüzünü en sevimli haline sokunca hayır diyemedim:D Ama oğluşum evet cevabını almış olmanın rahatlığıyla bir kaç gün sonra listeye bir de Sünger Bobu ekledi:) Haliyle bize de 3 ünü de yapmak düştü:) işte bu nedenle pastamız oğluşum tarafından bir hayli beğenilse de; beni keşke malum olumsuzluklar olmasaydı da istediğim gibi bir sonuç elde edebilseydik diye düşündürdü:) Neyse buna da şükür:D Bu arada unutmadan pastamız bir kat sade, bir kat kakaolu ve bir kat daha sade pandispanyalı olarak muzlu ve çilekli olarak hazırlandı. İşin komik yanı ise şimdi yüklediğimin tiramisunun ilk kez denediğim bi versiyonu olan kup versiyonu oluşu:) Bildiğiniz üzere normalde üzerine kakao serpilerek ikram edilmesi gerekir fakat ben bazılarını eşim gibi kakao sevmeyenler için fıstıkla süsledim. Yavaş yavaş sütü ilave ederek çırpalım. Ocağın üstüne alarak pişirelim. Altını kapattıktan sonra labneyi ekleyerek iyice çırpalım.Kuplara yarısına kadar kremadan koyalım kedi dilini bir kaç parçaya ayırarak nescafeyle ıslatalım. Üzerine tekrar kremadan koyalım. &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;2006 yılının kasım ayında başlamıştı blogculuk maceram:) 2009 un son günleri ise başka bir miat olacakmış blogculuk hayatımda meğer:) Son zamanlarda blogcuda yaşadığım sorunlara hergün yenilerinin eklenmesini bile hazmetişken şablonumun kaldırılması bardağı taşıran son damla oldu:) uzun zaman önce aldığım blogspot hesabımı artık aktif bir şekilde kullanma zamanı geldi sanırım:) Yani gün bugündür:) Daha önceki tariflere (buraya aktarmanın zor olacağını düşündüğüm için) arşiv mahiyetinde açık bırakacağım eski blogumdan ulaşabilirsiniz:)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Tesadüfe bakın ki ekleyeceğim yazının konusu da önemli bir gün için:) eşimin doğum günü için hazırladığım ilk şeker hamurlu cup cakeler:) Önce bir pasta yapıp herkesi davet ederek ona süpriz yapmayı düşünsem de sonradan oğluşum ve eşimle yani çekirdek ailemizle bir doğum günü kutlamak istedim:) Şeker hamurlu cup cakeleri çok sevsem de belki zaman darlığından, belki üşengeçlikten:) belki de kaplanmasını bekleyemeyecek kadar çok sevdiğimizden:) bir türlü süsleyememiştim. Uzun zamandır şeker hamuruyla uğraşmayan biri olarak inanılmaz zevk aldım. Her birine farklı bişeyler bulmak istediğim için &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;bi hayli düşündüm:) Ve en az 3 ünü foto ile süslemeyi uygun buldum:) Birine ikimizin en sevdiğim resmimizi, birine oğluşumla babasının en sevdiğim pozlarını ve 3. olarak da 3 müzün neşeli bir fotosunu koydum. Oğluşumuz olduktan sonra evimizin babası ünvanını aldığı için:) Bir diğerine "En büyük baba bizim baba" sloganını başka birine ise yaş 34 yazdım. Elimde hala süslenmesi gereken cupcakeler olunca eşimi anımsatacak şeylerden bir kaçını eklemek istedim. Elinden her iş geldiği için birini matkap ve tornavida ile süslemesem olmaz diye düşündüm ki en sevimli cupcakemiz de oydu:) Büyük bir klasik mercedes hayranı olan birine bir tane de mercedesli yapmak şarttı ama maalesef istediğim gibi bi araba yapacak kadar zamanım olmadığını anlayınca amblem ve yazılarla süslemek durumunda kaldım. Son olarak ise belki de Amerika maceramızın başlamsına sebep olacak olan, aslında bana çıkan fakat eşimin daha çok istediği ve sahiplendiği greencardımızı yerleştirdim.
